Here is a video showing how to paint the details onto freshie molds. It's a lot simpler than it looks, especially with the right paint pens.
Materials:

-Paint Pens: Definitely get Sharpie. Here are a few links to some different ones. Walmart sells them as well. I use the thick tip and the fine point the most in my video.
